How quickly can a sympathy gift arrive?
Boxes and candles without engraving ship in 1–2 business days. Engraved pieces take 2–5 business days after the proof, then 2–5 shipping. Tell us the date if it matters.
Do you write the card?
Yes, by hand, in the words you give us at checkout. Two sentences are enough.
Does the package show a price?
Never. The recipient sees the gift and the card.
Where are the keepsakes made?
By engraving and print partners in the United States. We design, proof and handle your order.
Can I see the engraving before it's cut?
Yes — the preview updates as you type, and we email a proof. Engraving is permanent, so check names and dates.
What if I don't know what to say?
"Thinking of you. — Anna" is enough. Use their name and, if you can, the name of the person who died.
Can I return a personalized keepsake?
Not for change of mind. Damaged pieces are replaced free — email a photo within 14 days.
