Production & shipping

Nothing here is sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is printed, engraved or sewn after you approve the proof, by production partners in the United States. That's why the timeline has two parts.

1. Proof

Within one business day of your order we email a proof. Reply with changes or approve it. If we don't hear back in 24 hours we go ahead with what you entered.

2. Production

2–5 business days. Unframed prints and mugs are fastest; framed prints, canvas and blankets take the full window.

3. Shipping

US: 2–5 business days, tracked. You'll get the tracking number by email the moment it ships. EU: 5–10 business days, by email quote only for now.

Damaged or wrong

Email a photo to hello@keepsakegrove.com within 14 days of delivery and we reprint at no cost. Because every piece is personalized, we can't accept returns for change of mind — check the proof carefully.

Questions

How long does production take?

2–5 business days after you approve the proof. Framed prints and blankets are at the longer end.

How long is US shipping?

2–5 business days with tracking. Total time from order to door is typically 6–10 business days.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not yet at checkout. Email hello@keepsakegrove.com for EU orders (about 5–10 business days shipping); we'll quote by hand.

Is shipping free?

US shipping is free on orders over $50; otherwise $5.99 flat.

Can I rush an order?

Sometimes. Put the date you need it by in the notes; we'll say honestly before you pay whether it can be made and shipped in time.
